DISRUPSI, METODE, SCOR-MODEL, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT DALAM MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK DI RUMAH SAKIT: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract
Rumah sakit menghadapi tantangan yang rumit dalam rantai pasok terutama pada manajemen inventaris yang penting untuk kelangsungan layanan kesehatan. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis kesenjangan dalam manajemen rantai pasok rumah sakit melalui Systematic Literature Review terhadap 67 artikel jurnal, dengan fokus pada disrupsi, metodologi, penerapan model SCOR dan manajemen inventori. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi canggih seperti Blockchain dapat meningkatkan kontrol inventaris dan transparansi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan aspek manajemen pengembalian dalam model SCOR di sektor kesehatan yang masih kurang tereksplorasi, dengan penekanan pada kebutuhan strategi untuk mengurangi risiko inventaris.
