PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL DI KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
Abstract
This study contains an analysis of the effect of compensation and training on the work motivation of hotel employees in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The population is employees who work in hotels in Bandar Lampung. The research sample amounted to 82. The results of this study are as follows compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, and training has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini berisi tentang analisis pengaruh kompensasi dan pelatihan terhadap moivasi kerja karyawna hotel di kota Bandar lampung. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25,0. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di hotel di Bndar Lampung dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 responden Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan.
